239th Anniversary: The Battle of Charlotte Reenactment

Join us for our annual Revolutionary War weekend with battle reenactments and live demonstrations! You’re invited to step back in time to 1780 and learn why Mecklenburg County was known as “The Hornet’s Nest of Rebellion.” Experience firsthand how the military and their followers lived during the Revolutionary War through authentic, historic encampments for both the Patriots and the Crown. There will be food from Frank and Charlie’s Good Eats, beer, and historic merchants selling their wares.

Saturday 10am-4pm | Sunday 10am-3pm

Battle reenactment at 2pm both days.

Admission: $10 Adults, $9 Seniors/Students. Members and ages 5 and under, free.

**Historic Latta accepts debit/credit cards and cash. Not all vendors accept cards and we do not have an ATM so please consider bringing cash.
